Ordering

1. Select your favourite pieces, choose your preferred size and colour, then proceed to checkout.

（Please double-check your order details before completing your payment.）

2. Select your payment method:

• Bank Transfer / Touch n Go
• For Bank Transfer & Touch n Go , please upload your payment receipt within 24 hours. ↓ 
• My Account → Order Number → Attachment → Upload Receipt
• Your order will be processed after payment verification. Payment status will be updated to PAID within 24 hours.
• ❗Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.

Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet

Ready Stock & Backorder

• Stock status will be shown on each product page.
• Ready Stock
  Ships out within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Backorder
  Ships out within 10–20 working days after payment confirmation.

Mixed Orders

(Ready Stock + Backorder)

• If your order contains both Ready Stock and Backorder items, your parcel will be shipped once all items are ready.
• For split shipment requests, please contact us for further assistance. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided through email once your parcel has been shipped.
